First Presbyterian Day School is excited to welcome these new faculty and staff members for the upcoming school year.
Ms. Claran Collins joins TEAM 皇冠体育官网 as a Pre-K Teacher’s Aide. Originally from Douglas, GA, Ms. Collins lives in Macon. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Brenau University and has worked with children most of her life. She has years of experience teaching Sunday School and leading children’s ministry. She loves to travel and has been to 12 different countries, including Greece, Turkey, and Jordan. Ms. Collins is excited to work with some of our smallest Vikings. “Working alongside a strong group of Christian leaders and learning from them is the most exciting aspect for me of this year,” she said. “Also, I look forward to seeing what the students teach me; Kingdom Lessons are usually best taught by tiny disciples!”
Summer Corrigan will serve as an Elementary Teacher’s Aide. From Macon, Mrs. Corrigan is an 皇冠体育官网 graduate and went on to graduate from Georgia Southern University. Most recently, she has worked as a 3-K and Pre-K substitute teacher at 皇冠体育官网. Mrs. Corrigan and her husband, Brian, have four children: Wilson is a 2025 graduate of 皇冠体育官网, Ty is 14 years old, Hallie is 10, and Levi is 9. Her favorite activity is spending quality time with her family. With the school year right around the corner, Mrs. Corrigan says she is “looking forward to serving the students and teachers.”
